- Why Are You Shopping?
- Making Spending Choices
- Choosing Your Priorities
Why Are You Shopping?
Do you head out to go on a buying frenzy when you’re in a certain mood or do you shop to reward yourself for something? Whether it’s a healthy habit or one that you want to kick, retail therapy can either put you in a better mood or a worse one if your finances simply don’t line up with your spending habits. Listen to find out some reasons why you might be shopping and what my shopping habits are.
Spending Choices
When it comes to money, we all have choices to make. Whether you are saving for a rainy day or a major purchase or if you’re living comfortably and want to treat yourself, retail therapy and what you spend your money on is one of the biggest decisions you make in life. I’m going to help you find healthy ways to indulge while not going broke.
What’s a Priority?
We are all at different points in our lives and that means that our spending habits will vary. The listener who is just finishing college and has school loans to pay is going to spend her money differently than the mom of 2 kids who is working on launching a business while staying at home. The thing that they have in common though is that they both deserve to reward themselves in some way. I’ve got great tips on how women in all stages of life can reward themselves and not feel guilty about it.
I’m so grateful for you and can’t wait to hear about your retail therapy indulgences, tips, and takeaways!
