What happens when a listener offers up awesome dating advice? In the case of Bomly Tseun, she’s today’s guest and we are discussing the importance of self-love, not only in general, but how it’s something that has to exist in order for your relationships to flourish in life. Bomly came to the United States as a 4 year old and is now a child psychologist in the public school system. She is a wealth of information, positivity and the girl loves food and rock climbing!
Don’t miss our deep conversation about how we’ve both struggled with self-love and how we’ve broken down barriers to become stronger women who have learned from our pasts and have found to be totally and completely content with who we are.
What we’re talking about
- Owning Your Problems
- Changing Behavior
- Self-Belief and Self-Love
Own Your Actions
Whether we want to admit it or not, we all can do stupid things and probably have in the past. In order to move forward, we have to own our actions and our problems otherwise, we can’t fix them.
Once you acknowledge any issues and problems you might have, it’s time to take action and make changes. Taking stock in what you truly want out of life and a relationship and separating your emotions from that. We all want to help others, but the help must come from a position of strength and we are unable to help others until after we’ve helped ourselves.
YOU are Important
There is no one in this world who can love you more and believe in you more than yourself. Who spends their entire lifetime with you? YOU do! Learning to practice self-belief and self-love is key to living a happy and fulfilling life and being able to welcome others into it.
Bomly is a such an inspiration and I am honored that she’s not only a guest but a listener. I welcome all of your comments and stories and want to hear all about your self-love best practices!
