This past week I turned 50 and Gwyneth Paltrow made statements regarding how women become unf*ckable at a certain age and I’m here to tell you all that she couldn’t be further from the truth. 50 is amazing and if being f*ckable is your concern…ladies, don’t worry! Men don’t care about your age! You should only care about yourself and how you age, which is entirely up to you. Age Does Not Define F*ckableness
Gwyneth Paltrow made some comments in the media last week regarding how a woman becomes unf*ckable at a certain age. This comes during the week of my 50th birthday and JLo’s 50th and to be honest, Gwyneth couldn’t be further from the truth. At this point in life, men don’t care how old you are. If Gwyneth can’t get a role in Hollywood, then she needs to remember who runs Hollywood…the good ole boys!
Preventing Aging
You can’t blame aging on genetics because only 20% of it is related to your genes. What you can do to help prevent aging is to eat organic, limit alcohol, don’t smoke, wear sunscreen, wash your face, hydrate, and exfoliate. It’s truly up to you how you will age and it’s definitely not something you should be afraid of. Embrace it and do everything you can to ensure you do it gracefully.
